Jabulani Safari is a unique lodge set in a Big Five private game reserve in the Greater Kruger Park of South Africa. This luxury Relais & Châteaux lodge was created to support a rescued herd of elephants and remains dedicated to their care and well-being. Guests have the chance to experience these magnificent animals up close, while also getting to soak in the wilderness on safari drives, bush sundowners and from the peace and calm of a private suite.
Discover an oasis in the South African bush
The style and ambience of Jabulani resonate with that of a classic safari lodge, refined with a fresh and modish touch. The main area features an elegant dining room and lounge that lead to an outside wooden deck lying beneath the shade of Leadwood trees – the ideal setting to enjoy an alfresco lunch while overlooking the waterhole. Our signature suspension bridge stretches gracefully over the river bed, connecting to the six Jabulani suites and Zindoga Villa.
The Suites
Designed with pure relaxation and intimacy in mind, the Jabulani suites are as discrete in positioning as they are lavished in detail. Each suite opens up to a private oasis set in the African bush. A crystal blue plunge pool with views over the riverbed below is complemented by a generous wooden deck, purely for your leisurely pleasure.
Zindoga Villa
Zindoga Villa brings absolute exclusivity to one of South Africa’s finest game lodges. A private entrance leads you to a secluded 700 m2 three-bedroom grand villa that reflects the splendid elegance of the Jabulani offering. A dedicated team of staff consisting of a private chef, butler and ranger will make your Zindoga Villa experience truly unforgettable.
Spa on Safari
The pulse of the African bush provides an ideal setting for calm and rejuvenating body treatments. Jabulani Safari Bush Spa is both private and peaceful, tucked beneath nature’s natural canopy of trees. The therapy selection includes body massages, natural wraps, skin-care treatments and hand & foot treatments. Our spa therapist will help you choose suitable treatments.

Safari Experiences
Our twice-daily morning and evening game drives are designed to coincide with the times of day that the wildlife is most active. We take you out into the bush on an open, custom-built safari vehicle, with our experienced and knowledgeable rangers at the helm.
Elephant Experiences
Protecting our gentle giants was one of our founding principles at Jabulani. We started it to help care for a rescued elephant herd nearly 20 years ago. Today, we continue with this by sharing the experience with our guests while they help us conserve this magical species.
Hot Air Ballooning
If you would like to feel the wind in your hair, embark on a hot air balloon sunrise ride after your morning coffee! You’ll glide through the air as you overlook the Blyde River, nature reserves, and wildlife estates for the best vantage point of the Greater Kruger!
